On this processing line, the pretzel dough pieces are unloaded from a rack trolley, fed into a modular lye application machine (DBA) (Comjet solution) and then transferred to the Eco-Froster, which flash-freezes the dough pieces and automatically dispenses them according to the first-in, first-out principle. From there, they are placed in transport crates and leave the production facility for the branches, where they are freshly baked on site.
