Freezing is important for many different industries, but especially for bakeries. With our Eco-Froster, effective shock freezing is possible, which is particularly important for pretzel baked goods. Pretzels, for example, should be shock frozen before delivery to the branches.
There are various ways to freeze dough pieces. Many require a lot of space, such as the spiral freezer. Others, such as the rack trolley freezer, lose a lot of energy, not only by opening the door when sliding in and out, but the trolley and the trays themselves must also be cooled in these systems.
WP RIEHLE has therefore focussed on a different approach. Thanks to its modular design, our Eco-Froster combines a large freezer area in a very small space with a construction that allows only the transportable products that need to be frozen to be conveyed into the Eco-Froster thus saving unnecessary energy costs.
An innovative system, which always dispenses the products in the order in which they are entered, ensures that all products spend the same amount of time in the freezer, and the required freezing time can be saved and regulated on our systems using a touch panel control.
