The key component of any industrial processing line, the powerful TEWIMAT dough divider, is perfectly suited for soft dough and heavy weights. In industrial pizza lines, the TEWIMAT divides up to 3,000 pieces of dough per row per hour in consistently superior quality in the weight range from 100 to 600 grams.

 The new generation of high performance dough dividing and forming machines SOFT STAR CT and SOFT STAR CTi for round dough pieces stands out due to its most advanced design, advanced dough handling, and hourly output of up to 36,000 pieces.

 The V 700 industrial dough divider divides more delicate dough, such as dough for sandwich bread, with extreme accuracy, handling the dough very gently and hygienically with FDA approval.

Delicate biscuits and other types of durable baked goods turn out just right in the VARIOBAKE SNK tunnel oven. The oven combines convection and radiation with the highest accuracy, to suit any product-specific baking profile.
